Return Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, returns are only accepted if the request is made within one day of receiving the item.

We only accept returns for valid reasons, such as: 

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, considering the nature of the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags. You will also need the invoice or proof of purchase. 

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package and where to send it. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. 

Return Shipping Costs  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The restocking fee will be 30 AED.

Refunds & Deductions 

● A 30 AED restocking fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount. 

● Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. 

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess and rectify the issue. 

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.  

Exchanges 

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Our team reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns, ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
