We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times are estimated and start from the time your order is fulfilled, not from the time it is placed.

Handling Time

  • Orders require 1–3 business days for processing (Sunday–Thursday).
  • Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed on Sunday.


Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Weight & size of the package

  • Courier availability

All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in our shipping fee.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs or import charges when the shipment arrives in their country.

Address & Contact Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and mobile number at the time of order. Dnaperfumo is not liable for any order that is delayed, misdelivered, or delivered to an incorrect recipient as a result of wrong or incomplete address/contact information submitted by the customer. If an order is delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address or phone number provided at checkout, no refund, replacement, or compensation will be issued. We recommend double-checking your details before confirming your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track the shipment through our website or the courier’s tracking page.
