Created by perfumer Aurélien Guichard, DGVIB3 EDP is an Oriental Fougere fragrance for women and men. The composition is deliberately stripped back: three notes, each doing exactly what it needs to do.
Lavender opens the fragrance aromatic and slightly herbal, the kind of lavender that reads as clean rather than floral. It's a classic fougere move, and it works here because what follows is anything but classic. Vanilla takes over the heart with full, unashamed sweetness warm and enveloping, the kind that sits on skin rather than floating above it. The base is amber: rich, resinous, and sensual, giving the whole fragrance a depth that keeps it from feeling one-dimensional.
