A Woody Spicy unisex fragrance in the highest concentration Extrait de Parfum Encounters is a fragrance of collision and chemistry: the meeting of citrus brightness and dark animalic depth, of delicate iris butter and raw castoreum, of the luminous and the primal. The Scent Journey

• Top Notes: Orange, Bergamot, Cassis, Coriander and Lavender. A vivid, aromatic, and gently spiced citrus opening of immediate character. Orange warm and juicy, bergamot sparkling and luminous, cassis adding a deep, slightly tart dark fruitiness, coriander fresh and slightly spiced with a faintly anise-like quality, and lavender clean and herbal, together creating an opening of extraordinary brightness and complexity that immediately signals something far deeper to come.
• Middle Notes: Iris Butter, Rose, Cinnamon and Angelica. A magnificent and deeply sophisticated floral-spiced heart. Iris butter one of the most precious and expensive ingredients in all of perfumery, extracted from the aged rhizomes of Florentine iris  cool, powdery, and deeply aristocratic, rose velvety and full-bloomed, cinnamon warm and slightly sweet, and angelica a complex, slightly earthy, musky-herbal root — adding a depth and strangeness to the heart that is entirely distinctive and unmistakably Francesca Bianchi.
• Base Notes: Agarwood (Oud), Ambergris, Castoreum, Benzoin, Peru Balsam, Sandalwood and Cedarwood. A dark, animalic, and cathedral-deep drydown that is the fullest expression of Francesca Bianchi’s art. Oud dark and commanding, ambergris warm and radiant, castoreum one of perfumery’s most ancient and animalic ingredients, with a leathery, slightly smoky, deeply intimate character benzoin sweet and balsamic, Peru Balsam a warm, vanilla-cinnamon resin from Central America — adding a rich, exotic sweetness, sandalwood smooth and creamy, and cedarwood dry and structured, together creating a base of extraordinary depth, warmth and lasting power.

Encounters is Francesca Bianchi at her most ambitious and most layered sixteen notes across three stages, each chosen with absolute precision.
