An Oriental unisex fragrance, Antalya is named after the ancient port city on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast, where the Mediterranean meets rugged limestone cliffs, cedar forests descend to the sea, and the air carries the salt of the water and the warmth of the Orient in equal measure. This is a fragrance of rare, elemental beauty.
The Scent Journey
- Top Notes: Sea Water and Myrtle. The opening is immediate and vivid, sea water cool and ozonic, carrying the clean, salt-spray freshness of the open Mediterranean, and myrtle sharp and aromatic, a Mediterranean shrub that has grown on these coastlines since antiquity, adding a resinous, slightly camphoraceous green depth that is unmistakably coastal.
- Middle Notes: Cedar, Tobacco and Woody Notes. The heart deepens and warms, cedar dry and structured, tobacco adding a smooth, slightly sweet smokiness that bridges the marine opening and the amber base, and woody notes rounding the heart with a warm, resinous depth that begins to reveal the Oriental character of the fragrance.
